Mission

The mission of The Allyson Rosenblatt Memorial Fund is to provide financial support and assistance to Wantagh High School graduates proceeding to college. Such students must excel in all academic areas, as well as in fine arts.

Background

Education is of paramount importance to a child's development. As a concerned and caring society, we must assure that the educational needs of our children are satisfied to the greatest extent possible. Often, a high school education must be supplemented with a college education to enable a person to reach his or her full potential.

The Allyson Rosenblatt Memorial Fund is a 501(c)(3) organization, founded to honor the memory of Allyson Rosenblatt, a 17-year old Wantagh High School student who died on June 6, 1998, three weeks before her own graduation.
